How much does EBODY Pilates cost?
EBODY Pilates membership is $75 per month for unlimited classes across all three Dallas–Fort Worth locations. This includes every class format we offer — Mat Pilates, Hot Pilates, Pilates Sculpt, HIIT Cardio Pilates, Yoga, and Dance Cardio. We also offer a $35 drop-in rate for visitors who want to try a single class before committing to a membership.
Where are EBODY Pilates studios located?
EBODY Pilates has three locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex: Fort Worth (1917 Hemphill St, Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76110), Grand Prairie (112 E Main St, Suite 101, Grand Prairie, TX 75050), and Mesquite (700 US-80, Suite B, Mesquite, TX 75149). Your $75/month membership grants access to all three studios.
Is EBODY Pilates good for beginners?
Yes — Pilates for beginners is our specialty. Most of our members started knowing nothing about Pilates. Our certified instructors walk new students through every move, set up equipment for first-timers, and offer modifications for every fitness level. You do not need prior experience to start at EBODY Pilates.
What is the difference between Mat Pilates and Hot Pilates?
Mat Pilates is a foundational, room-temperature class focused on controlled movement, core strength, and posture using only your bodyweight. Hot Pilates is performed in a heated room (95–100°F), combining Pilates movements with the added challenge of heat to boost flexibility, calorie burn, and recovery. Mat Pilates is often the recommended starting point for beginners; Hot Pilates is favored by members seeking a more intense workout.
What is Pilates Sculpt?
Pilates Sculpt combines traditional Pilates movements with light weights and controlled, low-impact resistance work. The result is long, lean muscle development, improved posture, and functional strength that translates into everyday life. Sculpt is one of our most popular class formats at all three DFW locations.
What is HIIT Cardio Pilates?
HIIT Cardio Pilates is high-intensity interval training fused with Pilates principles. Short bursts of high-effort movement are paired with Pilates-based recovery and core work, delivering a powerful cardiovascular workout while strengthening the deep stabilizing muscles. An excellent option for members who want cardio without high-impact running or jumping.
Do I need to bring anything to my first class?
No — all equipment is provided at every EBODY Pilates studio. Just bring water and comfortable workout clothes you can move in. Grip socks are recommended for some class formats but not required. Your instructor will help you with mat placement and any equipment setup on your first visit.
Do you have bilingual instructors?
Yes — many of our certified Pilates instructors teach in both English and Spanish. Bilingual instruction is part of what makes EBODY genuinely welcoming to the diverse community we serve across Dallas–Fort Worth.
Where can I find Pilates classes near Garland or Pleasant Grove?
Our Mesquite location at 700 US-80, Suite B is the closest EBODY Pilates studio for residents of Garland, Pleasant Grove, East Dallas, East Plano, and the Lake Ray Hubbard area. A short drive from most of East DFW.
Where can I find Pilates classes near Arlington, Cedar Hill, or Oak Cliff?
Our Grand Prairie location at 112 E Main St, Suite 101 serves members from Arlington, Cedar Hill, Oak Cliff, and Southwest Dallas. Our Fort Worth location is also convenient for South and West Arlington residents.
Can I try a single class before committing to a membership?
Yes — EBODY Pilates offers a $35 drop-in rate so you can try a single class at any of our three DFW locations before signing up for a monthly membership. We recommend trying Mat Pilates or Pilates Sculpt for your first class if you're new to Pilates.
What makes EBODY Pilates different from other Pilates studios in DFW?
Three things: affordable membership pricing ($75/month unlimited when boutique studios charge that much per class), a truly inclusive culture where every body belongs regardless of experience or background, and bilingual instructors who reflect the diverse Dallas–Fort Worth community. Our mission is Pilates para todos — Pilates for everyone.
